Resolved - We are investigating an issue affecting database connectivity for some services.
Our initial findings suggest that under specific conditions, secure connections to the database may intermittently fail. This can result in temporary disruptions or degraded performance for impacted applications.

The issue was observed between 01:00 – 01:05 and again between 03:00 – 03:05.

This issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
